THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETINGS

The desire of the Elder Board and Search Team is to hear from the church. As we try to discern who God is calling to this church family, we want to hear the needs and learn from the experience of the congregation.

MEETING DETAILS

We have five Focus Groups to choose from. While they are intended to reach specific demographics, all meetings are open to any member. The meetings will all take place at Shiloh on July 18, 2021.

GUIDELINES

We would ask you to honor the following guidelines during the meeting:

1. We will actively participate and allow others to participate.
2. We will stay on topic.
3. We will listen respectfully and actively.
4. We will criticize ideas, not individuals.
5. We will avoid blame, speculation, and using inflammatory language.
